Laura Scott is the Executive Business Partner to Perry Sternberg, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting CEOs and founders across life sciences, technology, consulting, and real estate. Known for her strategic insight and operational expertise, Laura acts as a trusted advisor and extension of the CEO—managing executive workflows, facilitating board and stakeholder communications, and aligning cross-functional initiatives.

Prior to joining Sydnexis, Laura partnered with Perry at Corium, helping lead the company’s transition from clinical to commercial stage and supporting the launch of two neuroscience products. She previously supported a global real estate developer managing high-profile clients, political and charitable events, and estate operations. Earlier roles include leading executive support teams at Bullhorn and supporting partners across multiple industries at Bain & Company.

Laura holds a B.A. in Political Science from Westfield State University.
